My desire to help others was probably one of the main reasons why I chose to become a personal trainer. Working in the fitness industry for more than 15 years, I started to see that a healthy life is a never ending journey, it’s about changing the lifestyle, routine and finding what you like and what works for YOU to improve your daily activities. By training the body I developed more commitment, self- discipline and a willpower knowing that I’m able to do anything just by staying focused and determinate to achieve my goals.
