Our appointment-only training sessions ensure that you get the results you want for your time and effort, and that you are held accountable for your goals. No waiting around for equipment or feeling crowded in a busy gym.

Additionally, our onsite physiotherapist can help you improve your athletic performance by identifying and addressing any weaknesses or imbalances in your body. Working with your personal trainer, your physiotherapist can create a workout plan tailored to your specific needs that is safe and effective.

You don’t need to be an elite athlete to train at Activate Health & Fitness. In fact, most of our clients are busy Brisbane professionals who are juggling careers, families and social lives and simply want to stay fit and active in a structured and safe environment.

Before you start training at Activate Health & Fitness, we will run health screening and fitness assessments to gauge your current fitness level and identify any injuries, concerns or limitations that you may have. Our personal trainers work closely with our onsite physiotherapists to provide you with a holistic approach to your health and fitness. At Activate Health & Fitness there are no lock in contracts and you can cancel at any time. Payment is taken by direct debit fortnightly.

Yes. We have full shower and toilet facilities, complete with hair products, body wash, dryers and straighteners, as well as lockers and mirrors. Make sure to bring your own towel. Get a workout in and get on with your day, feeling fresh!
