Qualified by the Australian Institute of Fitness to train people to the best of their abilities, Ty likes to think he is a jack of all trades but specialises in powerlifting and bodybuilding. Personally, Ty has years of experience moving weight in the gym - he likes to squat heavy and take his time with big lifts. Aside from heavy lifting he has also coached basketball and soccer, so he is no stranger to the sport specific and functional demands of team sports. Ty has coached numerous athletes from baseball to rugby, so whatever your sport he can tailor to your needs. Part of being an athlete himself is experiencing different injuries so he is confident coaching clients through rehabilitation and get them back to full training again. Any exercise involving a barbell and some plates, he can help you no matter what.
