Jo is a professional dancer, fitness instructor, and experienced massage therapist. Graduating with a Diploma of Holistic Massage Therapy in Ireland in 2010, she relocated to Australia and continued her studies with further qualifications in Pregnancy and Infant massage, Oncology Massage, Neuromeningeal Manipulation and Dry Needling.
What are my treatments like? My treatments are deep tissue with a combination of different techniques to mobilise, strengthen and stretch the body with a touch of healing for both body and mind. I believe that the body is impacted not only by how we use it and what we do every day but also by our mental and emotional state. I like to treat all walks of life from the performer, the athlete, the office worker to the full time parent. I welcome all. As they say “The show must go on” and for that to happen so must the body.
What do I love about massage? The opportunity to help improve someone’s life is important to me. Pain can be debilitating. As a performer and being involved with helping people improve fitness I know what a difference it can make to a persons quality of life to feel good. I feel a strong desire to help people in their health goals.

Training has always been a huge part of Kirrily’s life, growing up she competed in track & field athletics, representing her small school at State titles from age 11-18. This led on to an interest in Olympic distance triathlon, and sparked her curiosity for getting nutrition right for both training and race days. Currently, Kirrily actively competes in a number of bike racing events throughout the year with the Data #3 women’s cycling team, including the National Road Series.
Being a Personal Trainer over a decade now, Kirrily is not only passionate about health and fitness, but strives for being the best version of herself, inside and out. Looking for a more holistic approach with her clients, she decided a Nutrition and Dietetics degree would do the trick! With a passion for sports and nutrition, Kirrily had a clear view through years of study that she wanted a career as a sports dietitian.
