Makayla loves to share what she has learnt through her own fitness and fat loss journey and she now assists people to transform both physically and mentally. As a trainer, she does this by creating programs that are specific to her clients individual needs, wants and desired training styles.

Combining her background of professional dance, martial arts and yoga with both resistance and strength training, Makayla helps to target fat loss while building lean muscle mass working through fitness & lifestyle goal setting, nutrition, weight loss & muscle gain.

After experiencing her own transformation journey, helping other people create better lifestyle choices through versatile training and nutrition is now Makayla's passion
