Katie is a qualified personal trainer and health nut with over 10 years’ health and fitness industry experience. Katie specialises in general fitness, female body sculpting and conditioning, nutritional health and working closely with clients to restore balance to their busy lives. Katie enjoys helping clients achieve their optimal health and fitness goals in simple yet practical ways. Nutrition is big passion of Katie’s and she enjoys providing wholefood nutritional guides, food plans and delicious tips for a plant-based lifestyle. Katie practices an environmentally conscious and sustainable lifestyle and loves sharing her tips for a chemical free lifestyle. Katie’s achievements include 2006 Miss Nabba/WFF Athletic Australia (Body Sculpting/Figure) and many Triathlon World Championships representation in London, Chicago and Australia.
