Sports Dietician

Jess comes to us as an aspiring, enthusiastic and highly driven sports dietitian. Her previous work includes the likes of Brisbane’s rugby league team dietitian and more recently dabbling into private practice nutrition. Her passion lies with both the elite athlete and everyday worker, and helping them reach their performance and nutrition goals. She has worked with a range of athletes over time including rowers, triathletes, dancers, gymnasts, rugby league players and trail runners.

Outside of her work as a dietitian, Jess enjoys training in CrossFit, Parkrun, rock climbing and hiking pretty much all of the surrounding areas. She has a food first approach but also understands and sees the need for supplementation and healthy convenient options. She strongly believes in balance and that food is more than just nutrients, it’s a way of bringing people together, celebrating and enjoying life!
