Jess has come from her own success story. Starting at 100kgs 9 years ago, she overcame a number of obstacles to lose 35kgs and has found a passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals.

Jess loves strength and functional training. It assists her with obstacle racing, of which she attends a few races each year and enjoys taking groups along who want to try something new and challenge themselves.

With a full range of training styles available from boxing, spin and calisthenics to cross-fit and strength training, Jess can create a fun and challenging environment to help you reach your goals.
