On spooky Friday 13, April Activate Personal Training were excited to host our first, "Plant Based Nutrition and Sustainable Living Seminar".
We had the pleasure of chatting to resident Nutritionist and Dietitian, Kiah Paetz of Plant Nutrition and Wellness, about plant based nutrition and debunking some of the common myths about plant based living. She also conducted a cooking demonstration on how she makes her famous Tofu Rice Paper Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce and we made The Well Nest's Lunchbox Friendly Choc Bliss Balls!

Rhiannon Stalley, Director and Girl Boss, from Platter to Plate showed us all how it was done and well and truly schooled us on how a grazing table should look!
The grazing table was PACKED full of beautiful wholefoods, plant based dips and nut cheeses. But that isn't her only talent. Rhi also does gourmet boxes, platter boxes and food styling for any occasion from Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, catering for all types of tastes using only the highest quality fresh local produce. Ummm, hello boring board meeting....meet Platter to Plate!
If that amazing display wasn't enough, Rhi also donated a platter box worth $125 to one lucky winner.
