Amelia is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities to develop and maintain an active lifestyle. After five years in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, Amelia graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology with First Class Honours and is now continuing with postgraduate research studying neuromuscular function in older adults.
Amelia's skills and qualifications mean she can work with anyone at any stage of their fitness journey, from disease and injury prevention to rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and high-level performance. Her areas of clinical interest include mental health, chronic pain and fatigue, and women's health.
From a young age, Amelia has had a love for exercise and movement. She has competed in cheerleading at a national level and enjoys incorporating weightlifting, running, yoga, and pilates into her training.
